Rita is the head of Fiducia’s China Consulting team and has 12 years of experience in providing local Chinese and multinational clients with cutting-edge market expertise and strategic advice for market entry and growth in the Chinese market. Her expertise ranges from in-dept market analysis, strategy formulation to complex project – and change management. She has extensive experience in various industries and B2B, B2C and B2B2C products. In her role, she has supported international clients in connecting with offline channel partners and reputable e-commerce marketplaces such as Alibaba.com and JD.com.
Before joining Fiducia, Rita worked for 8+ years at global consulting firm Accenture in Greater China and 2 years with Business Sweden in Shanghai, serving branded clients such as Huawei, Ping An Group, China Mobile, Alfa Laval and Husqvarna. Rita holds a Master of Arts from University of British Columbia in Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts from Fudan University in Shanghai. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and is highly competent in dealing with clients in a cross-cultural working environment.
