Event Navigation
CBBC and Fiducia are pleased to invite you to our first joint event on Corporate Social Credit System and HR compliance.
Back in April, the Communist Party’s Central Committee rolled out a plan for a single, all-encompassing database which is the Corporate Social Credit System (CSCS) that would include every company’s records (from utility bills to tax payments) and would reward or sanction businesses accordingly. One of the main concerns of international companies today is the lack of clarity that still clouds the CSCS and its implementation. In this workshop, we will use case studies to share the practical and most up-to-date insights to help you prepare for the CSCS.
HR Compliance would also be discussed, as many companies have raised the question of whether employers should keep track of their staff’s personal ratings too. In the second part of our workshop, we will focus on HR best practices in the context of the CSCS, touching on topics such as employment contracts, employee transfers, and staff background checks.
