Bryan Wong, Trade & Technology Manager
As head of Fiducia’s Trade & Technology teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, Bryan advises clients on cost-effective supply chain solutions by leveraging the latest management practices and technologies. His rich portfolio of projects includes setting up a Hong Kong sourcing platform, structuring a China distribution system, and offering solutions on complex import/ export and logistics issues. He comes from a background of supply chain operations, consulting, and implementing ERP and supply chain management systems. He is certified as a Project Management Professional and Supply Chain Professional.
Jürgen Kracht, Chairman
Jürgen Kracht is a German national and management consultant with over 40 years of experience in China trade and investment. Together with his wife Cynthia, he founded Fiducia Management Consultants in 1982 with the vision to serve as a business link between China and the West by offering its focused expertise, extensive experience, and wide network to guide international companies through the complexities of the Chinese business environment. Jürgen Kracht is internationally regarded as a valuable speaker at China events, providing in-depth know-how and practical experience on various China business topics.
Marshall Chen, China Consulting Manager
Marshall has 15 years of experience in multinational clients with cutting-edge market intelligence and strategic advice to support their growth in the Chinese market. As Fiducia’s China Consulting Manager, his expertise ranges from in-depth market studies (market mapping, competitor benchmarking, cost-competitive analysis, demand analysis) to strategy formulation for market entry and growth, as well as M&A support. Before joining Fiducia, Marshall worked for nearly ten years at companies in China including Google and the ERP company Efuture, conducting business research and advising clients in IT and business strategy.
Stefan Kracht, Managing Director
Stefan took over leadership of the company in 2012, continuing its tradition as a family business with 35 years of history in China. Now, he manages 4 teams in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen with over 120 specialists. With over 15 years of China experience, Stefan advises international mid-sized companies on China entry and expansion strategies by helping them understand the market and competitive environment. He has extensive M&A experience, ranging from target search, negotiation support to commercial due diligence, and regularly shares this knowledge at international seminars and in publications.
