Senior IT Officer – Hong Kong

We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our Operation Team in the Hong Kong office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide In-House support on daily operation of computer systems
• Troubleshoot, identify and resolve all IT-related issues
• Responsible for maintenance of IT Equipment (Video Conferencing, PC, Printers, Network Switches, Firewall, File Servers, Wi-Fi, Phone & Door Access System, CCTV and others)
• Responsible for administration of Microsoft O365 Platform
• Carry out Data Backup and Restoration Procedures Schedule
• Provide IT Security and related Training to Staff
• Enhance IT Security and Policies
• Work closely with Counterparts/Vendors in China Offices to ensure efficiency, consistency and share best practices
• Participate in IT Planning and Budgeting

 

Who are we looking for:

• Degree Holder in Information System / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in System Administration (Infrastructure, O365, Backup Server, Firewall, VPN and others), Hardware and Software plus Helpdesk supports
• Solid experience in Windows Servers and VMWare environment and Active Directory
• Sound Knowledge of up-to-date Security and Antivirus Protection
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills to support Colleagues at all levels and in a mixed-culture environment
• Independent, Diligent and Self-motivated; a Good Team Player
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
