The Client implement custom tailored applications for our customers covering all aspects of soldering, coating, testing and curing PCBs, and it is taken advantage of in the automotive industry, medical technology, aviation and aerospace technology, consumer electronics, lighting, automation, testing and the solar industry.
Founded in 1990, the client has approximately 600 employees worldwide, including its headquarter and 2 production facilities in Germany and China as well as 26 subsidiaries.
The APAC subsidiary in Dongguan was opened in 2007 and supply manufacturing solutions for a diverse range of applications with production, sales, technical service and after-service

 

Managing Director ASEAN, Dongguan

 

Main tasks/areas of responsibility

Managing Director ASEAN is leading the Finance and Sales team. The objective of the position is to develop ASEAN market.
He / She should have experience in finance, controlling, price calculation and sales, very good at leading and motivating employees thanks to very good communication skills.
He / She should be an Organisational talent – big picture view on China but also of the further development in the ASEAN area.
He/ She should be big-picture mindset, open-minded and able to drive changes for this organisation.

Reporting line

  • Report to the Committee, China.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Good commercial university background, e.g., business administration master’s degree,
  • 10 years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of finance, controlling, price calculation and sales
  • Industry knowledge of mechanical engineering, ideally SMT technology
  • Commercial and technical understanding
