Client Profile & Background

The Client is the biggest supplier of plastic technology for manufacturing industries worldwide, developing and producing plastic components for leading brands.

Their production sites are operated based on the highest standards of quality, lean production, efficiency, and work ethic. Additionally, they also have their own laboratories and QC setups to keep the best quality and fastest timelines at a completive price to the global customers.

Finance Director, Indonesia

 

Main tasks/areas of responsibility

  • Responsible for the overall financial, operational, and tactical strategy implementation in accordance with the long-term strategic goals of the company
  • Keeping the yearly budget and investment plan: analysis of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making
    investment decisions
  • Managing overall Finance, Accounting, ERP System, Tax & Treasury function within the Indonesia Branch
  • The financial well-being of the factory including the cash management
  • External financial and customers audit results: adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicating it to the head office as well
  • Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statement
  • Introduction and implementation of cost saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Business Management or related major
  • Proven experience in a global organisation with demonstrated success in finance functions and team management
  • Working experience in the Plastic Processing and/or Shoe Industry preferred
  • Basic understanding of the shoe development and commercialization process preferred
  • Basic knowledge about plastic injection process, molds and polymer materials is a plus
  • Experience in financial planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions
  • Strong analytical ability
