She has worked in various industries including Industrial, FMCG, and Luxury/Fashion Retail across the Asia Pacific region, specialising in professional retained executive search services. Her expertise also covers talent mapping and consulting. With her extensive experience leading and managing teams, she has consistently met high performance standards. Flora holds an MBA from RMIT University of Australia.
Tom supervises a team of ERP application developers at Fiducia. He is responsible for the internal optimisation of ERP and CRM related solutions, as well as the creation of projects related to system implementation for both internal and external clients. Tom's expertise lies in business analysis, system process mapping, and system integration.
Before joining Fiducia, Tom gained three years of work experience in implementing open source ERP solutions within various industries, including trading, OEM, retail, and insurance. Tom holds a Master's degree in Engineering Enterprise Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
Tom speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, he is also conversational in Spanish.
Addy is based in Shanghai as the Deputy Manager of Fiducia's China Corporate Accounting team. He comes from a background of working for 6+ years in a chained retails company. Before joining Fiducia, Addy worked in a food chain retailer in Canada as a senior accountant responsible for financial reporting and analysis. He is an experienced CPA registered in Canada's Association of Certified Public Accountants and knowledgeable in global Accounting systems such as SAP and Navision. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics. Addy is a native Chinese speaker and speaks English fluently.

As a performance and people oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in executive management and commercial roles across various industries, Stephen Wong is the Head of Human Resources at Fiducia Management Consultants. He also acts as the HR Business Partner the for 120+ professional consultants and colleagues in Fiducia's Greater China and Hong Kong offices. Stephen focuses on organisational and staff development, as well as recruitment via a well-branded, forward thinking, and talent-focused HR infrastructure.
Stephen's philosophy is guiding people to learn, lead, and succeed. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong in English and Economics, Stephen is a qualified practitioner in world class talent tools such as HBDI, MBTI, and DISC. He also has experience in design and development. Stephen is driven to engage and inspire talent strategies and solutions, as aligned with Fiducia's business and staff development goals.
Fiducia Management Consultants recently expanded their Beijing team with the hiring of Mr. Christian Brauchle for the role of Business Development Executive. Christian brings with him many years of China experience, including a degree in East Asian Studies. Before joining Fiducia, he gained a wide range of expertise in strategy consulting for large German, Swiss and Austrian companies and organisations. In his new position, Christian represents Fiducia in the Chinese capital and offers professional advisory and outsourced services to international companies wanting to enter or expand in the Bohai region. He will grow Fiducia's business in North China, serving clients from established and growing industries in the region, including automotive, chemicals, and medical technology.
Florianâ€™s experience lies in supporting international companies wanting to enter the Chinese market. With a special focus on European SMEs in the medical and plastics industries, Florian is able to develop custom-made solutions for clients, thereby paving their way to success. Having received his Bachelor from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Masters from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Florian is deeply involved in understanding the intricacies of the current business environment in China, as well as international trade agreements and affairs between Asia and Europe.

Lisa Lu joined Fiducia in 2004, working first in Trade Solutions and later in Operation Solutions. She has solid experience in international business, with over 16 years of working experience in the trading area. Her industry focus lies with chemical products, fashion, furniture, toys, sundries items and tools.

Jimmy has been with Fiducia since 2005. Before joining the company, he completed his Bachelor in Law at Anqing, Anhui University. Following this, he worked for a French-owned company in Dongguan, Guangdong, for more than three years. With in-depth knowledge and experience in logistics and merchandising, Jimmy has been working for Fiducia for almost 10 years.

Addison has been with Fiducia since 2007. He is the Accountant and responsible for handling the full set of accounts for Fiducia Group companies, performing function of project management, monitoring individual services financial performance and analysis.

Song leads Fiducia's Trade & Technology service with team members in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai. Songâ€™s expertise covers sourcing, OEM/ODM management, import and export, and supply chain management.
Before joining Fiducia, Song worked for a US company as the chief representative of their Shanghai office which dealt with purchasing of motor cycles, tools and car care products from the East Asia region. Prior to this, Song worked for Intel as a factory program manager to manage Intelâ€™s ODMs. Song also had experience working for a large domestic trading company, where he was in charge of selling lighting products and hardware products worldwide.
Song obtained his MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, and also holds a bachelorâ€™s degree in Engineering. He is a native Mandarin speaker and speaks English fluently.
Shirley manages the Corporate Services team in Hong Kong to assist clients with establishing their businesses and setting up their companies in Hong Kong. Shirley directly oversees many key client relationships to ensure the formation of their businesses runs smoothly. Before joining Fiducia, she was an Assistant Manager at one of the largest multinational corporate and trust service providers.
Shirley completed her Bachelor degree in Business Administration at Macquarie University and her Master degree in Corporate Governance. She is originally from Hong Kong, a native Chinese speaker (Mandarin, Cantonese), and speaks English fluently.
Rebecca is a Deputy Manager of the Finance and Accounting team and is dedicated to providing quality finance and accounting information to her clients conducting business in Hong Kong. With the full support of her team, her clients are able to focus on their core businesses. Before joining Fiducia, Rebecca was an Accounting Manager at a Hong Kong based consultancy firm for over a decade. She has extensive knowledge in Hong Kong Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
Rebecca completed her Bachelor degree in Accountancy and Finance at Simon Fraser University of Canada and is currently a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
As the head of Fiducia's China Consulting Team, Marshall has 15 yearsâ€™ experience in providing multinational clients with cutting-edge market intelligence and strategic advice to support their growth in the Chinese market. His expertise ranges from conducting in-depth market studies (market mapping, competitor benchmarking, cost-competitive analysis, demand analysis) to strategy formulation for market entry and growth, as well as M&A support. Marshall has extensive experience in supporting clients from various industries, including plastics, machinery and medical devices.
Before joining Fiducia, Marshall worked for nearly ten years at companies in China including Google and the ERP company Efuture to conduct business research and advise clients in IT and business strategy. Marshall holds an MBA from HKUST, speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and is highly competent in dealing with clients in a cross-cultural working environment.
Hudson He heads both South and North China Finance and Accounting teams and travels frequently between these locations. He comes from a background of working for 6+ years in a â€śBig 4â€ť accounting firm. Before joining Fiducia, Hudson worked in a technological Sino-US joint venture as a finance / audit manager responsible for China mainland accounts. He is an experienced CPA registered with the China Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently an MBA candidate at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Hudson is a native Chinese speaker and speaks English fluently.

Gloria manages the Tax Advisory Service team and is responsible for providing tax services to corporate and individual clients for cross-border situations between Hong Kong and China. With her accumulated and extensive experience working in different industries handling MNCs' accounting, taxation and auditing, she advises her clients with constructive and value-added services in tax, audit, and internal control areas.
Leveraging her experience and expertise, Gloria's main focus is to help her clients to cope with global changing environments in transparency of information and tax strategies.
Gloria holds Master degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Governance in Hong Kong and has fellow memberships with Hong Kong, UK, and USA professional bodies.
Flora has over 20 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounting. She has previously been a Supervisor of the Accounting Department responsible for managing the full set of accounts for three subsidiary companies of Japan Airlines. In 1994, she joined Fiducia in Hong Kong and currently holds the title of Deputy Manager, leading a team within the Finance & Accounting Service. She has sound knowledge and works with her team managing the bank operations and providing payroll service for a number of key clients. She further handles the full set of accounts whilst liaising and cooperating in full confidence with our clients.
Flora speaks Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English fluently. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management in the University of Wales, UK.
Over the past 25 years, Pinky has managed Fiducia's Trade Services Department and built it up to over 25 team members in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai.
From 1993 until 2012, she held the position of General Manager and her fields of expertise cover all trade related business processes. In 2012, Pinky reached the age of retirement, but she continues to offer her expertise at Fiducia on a daily basis.
With over 35 years of knowledge and experience in international trading and export commodities business, she is able to advise the Trade Services teams on all aspects of supply chain issues including marketing, sourcing, merchandising, quality control, order processing, expert documentation and trade finance.
Pinky often travels and meets clients and business partners in different countries to enhance relationship. She speaks fluent Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
Bryan leads Fiduciaâ€™s Trade & Technology teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. He comes from a diverse background of supply chain operations, consulting and managing ERP and supply chain management system implementations.
Since joining Fiducia in 2006, Bryan has been advising clients on cost-effective supply chain solutions by leveraging the latest management practices and technologies. His rich portfolio of client projects includes setting up a Hong Kong sourcing platform, structuring a China distribution system, and offering solutions on complex import/export and logistics issues.
Bryan completed both his MBA and BSc in Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaii. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
Bryan speaks fluent English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and is conversational in Japanese.

Michelle is responsible for corporate matters in our Hong Kong Corporate Services Department. She incorporates companies in line with the Hong Kong Companies' Ordinance, handles all post-incorporation work, including the opening of bank accounts and, where necessary, work visa applications.
Her work involves liaising with different authorities, such as banks, government authorities and legal firms, as well as maintaining close contact with clients in order to process their required business documents.
Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the AMA Computer University in Manila, and obtained a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice from the Hong Kong Management Association. Before joining Fiducia in 2002, she had experience working for an insurance company and a shipping company.
Fanny has well over 20 years of experience in shipping and logistics supervision. Prior to joining Fiducia in 1995, she was a Shipping Supervisor at Hathir Amani Inc. for 8 years. Fanny currently manages a team of Shipping Coordinators to handle clients' logistical documentation as well monitor and troubleshoot shipment delivery. She speaks fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
Dale currently supervises a team of trade specialists in our Shenzhen office for a number of functions including sourcing, price negotiation, merchandising, order processing, inspection, shipping, documentation and fair visits to Europe (Spoga+Gafa Cologne, ORGATECH, IFA Berlin and Marcef Milano).
Before joining Fiducia in 2006, Dale previously worked in Supercap Co. and MCM Enterprise for over 7 years, gaining a rich experience of domestic procurement, foreign trade and logistics. He graduated from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, and majored in Tourism and Foreign Trade. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Sun Yat-Sen University.

As Managing Director of Fiducia Management Consultants, Stefan advises international mid-sized companies on China entry and expansion strategies by helping them understand the market and competitive environment. He took over leadership of the company in 2012, continuing its tradition as a family business with 35 years of history in China. Now, he manages 4 teams in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen with over 120 specialists. He has extensive M&A experience, ranging from target search, negotiation support to commercial due diligence.
Stefan joined Fiducia in 2005 after having founded and sold a components and materials trading company in Shanghai. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a management consultant in the London office of Bain & Co upon graduation from the London School of Economics with a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Management. Before attending university, Stefan worked as a management trainee at Otto Versand, the worldâ€™s largest mail-order company in Hamburg, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Stefan obtained his EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST. He is a German national, fluent in English and German, and conversational in Mandarin and French. Stefan is a board member of the General Committee of the Management Consultancies Association of Hong Kong (MCAHK) and of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) China.
In 1982, Cynthia Kracht established Fiducia Management Consultants together with her husband JĂĽrgen, recognising the need for consulting and corporate services. As a highly experienced Director, Mrs. Kracht's role is to help guide the management team to achieve Fiducia's goals. Having set up many companies over the past 30 years, Mrs. Kracht used to run Fiducia's Hong Kong Corporate Services and now offers her experience and advice on a regular basis.
Prior to setting up Fiducia in Hong Kong, Mrs. Kracht worked in Malaysia and Taiwan. Mrs. Kracht holds a Law Diploma from the University of Hong Kong.
Fiducia Management Consultants was founded by Juergen Kracht in 1982. As both a German national and management consultant with over 40 years of experience in China trade and investment, Juergen develops and maintains Fiduciaâ€™s most senior client relationships. He has been an Investment Promotion Ambassador for the Hong Kong Government since September 2004 and an honourary advisor to the Management Consultancies Association of Hong Kong since 2015. Juergen is internationally regarded as a valuable speaker at China events, providing comprehensive know-how and in-depth practical experience on various China business topics.
Juergen holds a degree in International Business & Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany. In 1970, he joined major international trading company Jebsen and Co. in Hong Kong, where for the following ten years he gained extensive experience in trade with China and travelled frequently to the mainland, which was a rarity in the 1970s. In 1980, he became Chief Financial Officer of Continental Engineering in Hong Kong (now TTI), a market leader in consumer and professional electrical goods trading out of China. During his studies he completed research on the automotive industry in South Africa and studied at Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa. His focus is to support clients on their corporate, financial and trading requirements in order to realise their full potential in the Greater China region.Patrick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual major in Business and Hotel Management from the Hotel Institute Montreux in Switzerland.
