Managing Director Juergen Kracht will raise issues related to China’s development away from being a country for cheap labour and how this impacts foreign enterprises. He will apply case studies and a recent HR survey done jointly by Fiducia and DUSA to highlight the key trends that are currently happening on the ground, and offer solutions to overcoming these challenges. This seminar will be held in Stuttgart and Nuremberg.
In Stuttgart, Mr. Kracht will be joined by Mr. Thomas Hueck, Economic Analyst for Robert Bosch GmbH, in Stuttgart. Dr. Hueck will give an account of Bosch’s experience in dealing with these issues, from the perspective of a multinational with operations in China.
