About the Speakers:Â
Nadia Schumann is Project Manager at Fiducia Management Consultants. She is in charge of Fiducia’s Executive Search team. She is responsible for identifying talents in a variety of industries for positions in Greater China, Hong Kong, and South East Asia. Nadia oversees key client relationships to ensure consistency and Fiducia’s support as a reliable long term partner. Together with her team, she secures Fiducia’s project excellence through a thorough search strategy, extensive candidate research, solid understanding of the market, and by maintaining close communication to clients and candidates.
Stefanie Xia-Bramekamp is Vice President â€“ HR of Lenze Drive Systems. She has been working for Lenze in China for over 12 years, and has developed into the Vice President HR in Shanghai. Over the years she has accompanied Lenze China starting with a Trading Office at first and later on with the set-up of a local production. She is responsible for all HR related functions for the local staff, as well as foreigners on local and local plus contracts, and the expatriates who are sent from German headquarters. In addition, she takes care of localizations of expats, who do not return to the headquarters after their assignments come to an end.
