EXECUTIVE SEARCH SERVICES draws upon Fiducia's extensive data base and network of contacts to target top individuals down to high potentials in the middle management who have a proven and successful track record within the client's industry. Our thorough screening and selection process ensures that only those individuals who fully fulfil the clients' specific requirements are short listed for our client to interview and select the final candidate.

PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT & ASSESSMENT CENTRES -are the basis and the tools to identify high potentials. Behavioural and skill assessment is being used for the Selection Assessment during the recruitment process (part of Fidiucia's executive search process) whereas Assessment Centres are organised to identify the latent high potentials within the client's existing organisation and being the pre-requisite for an effective talent management.

TALENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY - Against the labour market realities of a "seller's market for talents" having resulted in a "war for talents" with turn-over rates of up to 30 percent. Retention Management - as part of the talent management - has to kick-in immediately upon an employee joining the company to motivate and retain the employee. According retention management programmes can be developed for the specific requirements and business environment of the client.
