At Fiducia, we are a multinational team of 100 specialists and consultants.
In each edition, we would like to introduce one of our team members to you.

Christina Fung
Finance and Accounting Manager
China Focus: What is your position and how long have you been with Fiducia?
Christina: I work as the Manager for the Finance and Accounting Department in
Hong Kong and I have been working at Fiducia for about 9 years.
CF: What is your particular focus / area of expertise?
C: Our department's main focus is providing accounting & banking services for
Hong Kong companies. Using our long experience in this field we are able to
consult and support our clients on issues regarding their financial and
accounting situation.
CF: What is your educational background?
C: I graduated from the George Washington University in Washington D.C., with an
MBA Degree in International Business, and a BS Degree in Accounting. I am also a
certified CPA in the US.
CF: What previous work experience have you had?
C: My previous work experience was also in accounting. In addition to my
accounting duties, I was responsible for preparing business plans for different
investment projects for venture capitalists, handling the overall adminstration
& recruitment matters, setting up internal control policies, and looking after
the company's financial matters.
CF: What do you regard as the greatest challenge in your job?
C: One big challenge has been an assignment in China for which we were requested
by a European client to look into the accounting and corporate records of his
Joint Venture factory. The European client had actually asked us to check if his
Chinese partner had used the Joint Venture's resources to support his own
business and cause the Joint Venture to suffer losses. The Chinese partner gave
conflicting information and documentation and it took some time to "seek truth
from fact".
CF: What projects are you working on now?
C: We are currently focusing on the year-end closing of the management accounts
and meeting the tax-filing deadlines for our clients.
CF: Good luck!

not been opened.
