Thaddaeus' area of
expertise is to find innovative solutions for clients seeking to
establish their presence in Hong Kong or China. He evaluates situations
and strategies to identify the right tools and services and is
experienced in advising both SMEs and large companies from Europe, the
Americas and India.
Thaddaeus is a
frequent speaker at China-focused events in Hong Kong and Germany on
topics ranging from setting up viable sourcing strategies for SMEs in
Hong Kong and China to identifying suitable acquisition targets in
China. His articles are printed regularly in various publications, such
as China Contact, Asia Bridge and in Fiducia's China Focus newsletter.
Thaddaeus joined
Fiducia in January 2005, prior to which he worked in the automotive
industry and for the fabrics and fibres division of W.L. Gore, a
large US technology company. Thaddaeus holds a Master's degree in
Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of
Eichstaett, Germany. During his studies he has done research on the
automotive industry in South Africa and studied at Stellenbosch Business
School, South Africa. He is an avid reader of classic European novels
and is regularly diving in the waters of Southern China and South
East Asia. Thaddaeus speaks English, German and Italian.

Stefan Kracht, Director

Stefan is based in
Hong Kong and Shanghai and has been the Head of Fiducia's China
Consultancy Department since 2007. He and his team have extensive
experience in the fields of Market Intelligence, Competitor Analysis,
Market Entry Strategy, Sourcing Strategies and M&A. Clients' industries
are as diverse as machinery, aluminium, automotive, packaging and
manufacturing, to name but a few.
Stefan joined
Fiducia with eight years of unique work experience, most recently having
co-founded and run a components and materials trading company in
Shanghai which he sold to his associates after three years. Prior to
that, he worked for nearly 2 years as a management consultant in the
London office of Bain & Co. Before attending university, he also worked
at Otto Versand, the world's largest mail-order company in Hamburg, Hong
Kong and Shanghai from 1993 to 1996, during which he received his
certificate �Aussenhandelskaufmann� (Foreign Trade Clerk) with
distinction.
Stefan graduated
from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Hons) in Management in
2000. Before attending LSE, Stefan studied Business Administration at
The University of Passau, Germany, for two years. Stefan is fluent in
English and German and conversational in Mandarin and French.

Certified Company Secretary and holds a Law Diploma from the
University of Hong Kong. As a Director and Fiducia's Legal Executive,
Mrs. Kracht runs Fiducia's Corporate Services Department in Hong Kong
and mainly focusing on Hong Kong limited companies.
Mrs. Kracht and her
team handle the registration process for private limited companies at the
respective Hong Kong authorities, help clients opening bank accounts and
support them with all administrative procedures so they can concentrate on
their core business. Clients highly value her support in maintaining
statutory records, filing of annual return and worry free handling of
all legal documents. Mrs. Kracht and her team conduct annual general
meetings on behalf of clients and provide clients with all necessary
company secretarial services and a registered office address.
Her longstanding
experience in this function have made her services indispensable for

Mireille is a qualified
lawyer and admitted to the Bar in Zurich, Switzerland. She has worked
for several years in commercial law firms with international clientele.
Mireille also completed a postgraduate-degree in Chinese Law with
emphasis on Trade and Investment in China at the University of Hong
Kong.
Mireille's strengths and major fields of experience
lie in advising clients on their investment plans in China, on
appropriate company structures from a legal, business and tax point of
view and on the optimisation of existing structures. She consults
clients on compliance topics within the ever-changing foreign investment
rules and regulations and is also well experienced with the
incorporation procedure and administration of Wholly Foreign Enterprises
and Representative Offices in various regions throughout China. Mireille
has helped international corporations as well as SMEs from a wide area
of industries setting up a presence in China.
Mireille is actively
involved in the Swiss community in Shanghai and is an appointed board member of the
Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce. She also enjoys amateur
photography, reading and travelling. She is fluent in English, German and

Christina leads
Fiducia's Finance & Accounting Department in Hong Kong and China. Together
with her team she provides accounting, bookkeeping and banking services to clients
from a wide area of industries.
In addition, Christina
and her team also have a broad range of experience that extends beyond
the bookkeeping field and specifically
include operating clients' bank accounts, arranging
and preparing annual audits and handling tax queries from the Inland
Revenue Department.
Due to
her comprehensive consulting experience, Christina provides her clients with
distinctively integrated tax services, concurrently addressing their personal and corporate tax needs.
Christina joined
Fiducia Management Consultants in 1997 as a licensed Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) from George Washington University in Washington DC,
where she also did her MBA in International Business after
graduating with a BSc in Accounting from George Mason University in
Virginia. Christina speaks English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and
Shanghainese).

Pinky leads Fiducia's
Trade Service Department with team members in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and
Shanghai. Pinky's fields of expertise cover all trade related business
processes.
Besides overseeing and
managing the order placement and invoicing process for clients, Pinky
and her team assist clients with factory audits in China, negotiation
support with suppliers, quality control and the management of the whole
merchandising documentation process. Our Trade Service Department prides
itself in defending their clients' best interest on the ground in Hong Kong
and China. It serves clients from industries as diverse as power
tools, toys, leather, textile & apparel, medical disposables, lighting,
furniture and sporting goods.
Since 1993, Pinky also
holds the position of General Manager of Fiducia in Hong Kong.
Pinky has over 30
years of experience in international trading and export commodities
business. Before joining Fiducia in 1987, she worked as administrator
and controller of import and export for five years at Diamond Way Ltd.,
a sister company of the Hong Kong Bed and Bath Co. Ltd. Prior to this,
she held the position of Finance and Accounts Controller in a
subsidiary of JD Hutchison Co. Ltd. for eleven years. Pinky speaks
English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
