The team is led by Mr. Jürgen Kracht, who has lived in Hong Kong since 1971. Before establishing Fiducia in 1982, he was active in international trade with China and Hong Kong and in manufacturing activities in Hong Kong (consumer durable goods).

Mr. Kracht is supported by an experienced team of consultants and professionals (European and Chinese) who work in the four Fiducia offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

On the basis of the different work experiences (manufacturing, international trade, consulting, recruitment, training, accounting, etc.) and fields of expertise of the team members, Fiducia is able to offer insights and an integrated service package.

All consultants are multilingual and experienced in the China market. The Chinese consultants and professionals have gained business experience in Europe and the USA; some speak German beside english.

The strength of Fiducia’s international team is thus their understanding of both the west and China with in-depth knowledge of the structure and methods of China business.
