Fiducia was founded in 1982 with the vision to serve as a business link between China and the West, regions separated by 10,000 kilometres, 5,000 years of divergent history and 50,000 characters.

Bridging a gap makes it less formidable, and, true to its vision, Fiducia has for 20 years been the bridge between the two for numerous clients, providing focused expertise on issues relating to Greater China (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Fiducia is an independent firm, owned and managed by husband-and-wife team Jürgen and Cynthia Kracht. With offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen, we are on the spot to support international companies with a multinational, multilingual team of business and management consultants.

Our Capabilities

China offers opportunities for foreign companies in trade and investment. However, the transformation of the centrally planned economy (where many elements are ideologically driven) into a market-oriented economy has created a business environment in which regulations are subject to change, the goal posts are constantly being moved and bureaucracy is a given constant.
